Wildebeest at the end of the rainbows
Andy Dobson (faculty)
Ecology & Evolutionary Biology
This photograph of wildebeest grazing in the golden grasslands at the end of a rainbow could symbolize hope for the fragile ecosystems of the Serengeti region of Tanzania. My research group works at the intersection of environmental concerns and biomedical issues, from the control of pathogens that can infect both wildlife and domestic species to the ecology and economics of land-use change.
