A beautiful country-club landscape in Havana inspired Fidel Castro and Che Gevara to create the National Schools of Art at that location, which was replete with Royal Poinciana trees (known also as Delonix Regia, Gulmohar Tree or Flamboyant Tree). These dome-like canopy trees inspired architect Vittorio Garatti to create the vaults in his National Ballet School. The trees and vaults of the school inspire this illustration of built creation that perfectly reflects and blends with its natural environment.
